Speciality Chemicals: The Specialty Chemical business of Jubilant Ingrevia manufactures Pyridine, Picolines and its forward integration derivatives, which finds application in agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, solvents, metal finishes, fine chemicals, semiconductors etc.

We have also launched new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives for multiple industry use. We are an established ‘partner of choice’ in CDMO, with more investment plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facilities for Pharma, Agro and Semi-conductor customers.

The Position

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - EXIM will be responsible for managing export incentive schemes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing trade benefits across Jubilant Ingrevia Group companies. The role involves end-to-end management of Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, EPCG, AD Code compliance, and export documentation while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Export Incentive Management

Manage end-to-end processing, filing, reconciliation, and realization of benefits under Duty Drawback (DBK) and RoDTEP schemes. Ensure timely submission of claims with accurate documentation and compliance with Customs and DGFT regulations. Monitor claim status, resolve discrepancies, and maximize eligible incentive recovery. Track and report incentive realization through periodic MIS and reconciliations.

EPCG & Trade Compliance

Manage EPCG applications, utilization monitoring, export obligation tracking, and license closure activities. Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, FEMA, and other EXIM regulations across group companies. Oversee AD Code registrations, amendments, and related statutory requirements. Conduct compliance reviews and support internal/external audits.

Documentation & Process Excellence

Drive standardization and accuracy of export and post-export documentation. Implement process improvements to reduce turnaround time, improve efficiency, and minimize documentation errors. Maintain compliance trackers, records, and management reports for export incentive schemes.

Stakeholder Management & Capability Building

Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Logistics, Customs Brokers, Banks, and Regulatory Authorities. Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on export schemes, compliance requirements, and process updates. Stay updated on changes in Foreign Trade Policy and export incentive regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Commerce, International Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline. 5-8 years of experience in EXIM operations, export incentives, customs compliance, and trade regulations. Working knowledge of Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, EPCG, DGFT procedures, FEMA/RBI compliance, and export documentation.
