Job Location: Okhla Ph 3, Delhi
Job responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain marketing and training materials and conduct product training for the sales team.
Coordinate with the R&D team for new product development.
Review product performance and recommend necessary improvements.
New product launches and ensure effective placement in respective markets.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to improve sales effectiveness, support negotiations, and handle technical discussions.
Promote products and conduct competitor analysis by tracking market trends and competitor activities to achieve market share objectives.
Conceptualize and execute sales promotional activities as part of brand building and market development initiatives.
Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, medical professionals, and opinion leaders to ensure high customer satisfaction through effective product support.
Organize group meetings with doctors and nurses and strengthen key accounts for the organization.
