Job Description

We are looking for MBA/M.Pharma graduates who are passionate about applying their strong domain knowledge and analytical skills in pharmaceuticals — including Therapeutic Areas (TA), Drugs, Mechanism of Action (MoA), and market dynamics — to solve real-world problems through data-driven insights, this is what the role entails:

Problem solving - Work on complex business problems in the Life Sciences space, Apply structured thinking and domain expertise contribute to strategic and operational forecasting decisions, such as estimating market potential for a new oncology drug based on patient population, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscape. Forecasting monthly demand for a cardiovascular therapy based on historical sales, seasonality, and physician adoption trends. Understanding of forecasting concept would be a plus: such as Patient funnel, demand forecasting, market access, Clinical trial phases, market access etc. Business knowledge - Proactively seek to understand connections between project work and client's business issues. Understanding business requirements. Independently navigate and work with large complex sources of data. Domain knowledge Implementation: Deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and drug mechanisms. Strong command over top TAs like Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology, etc. Ability to contextualize business challenges using: Patient journey insights (e.g., diagnosis to treatment initiation timelines)Current and pipeline product landscapesPublic datasets such as:CDC, SEER, NIH (US)EMA (EU), PMDA (Japan), CNDA (China)Preferred: Prior experience in similar domain or exposure to pharma datasets Analytical Thinking: Exposure to classical analytical approaches (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, regression), Willingness to learn modern methods and tools (ML/AI exposure is a plus) Technical skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic understanding of databases/SQL (would be a plus). Willingness to work with data and apply analytical frameworks, ML/AI understanding is a plus, but not mandatory Communication - Create client-ready collaterals (e.g.: PPTs, reports, storyboarding, documentation) with minimal direction.
