Full job description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Visual Direction: Translate narrative scripts into precise cinematic decisions (framing, lighting, blocking) via prompt engineering. Microdrama Pacing: Execute high-retention editing principles featuring 3-second hooks, fast escalation, and cliffhanger closures. AI Iteration & QA: Refine AI-generated video outputs iteratively and determine final sign-off for publishing. Prompt Infrastructure: Build and expand the genre pod’s reusable visual prompt and pattern library. Pipeline Fluency: Master modern image, video, and audio generation tools within an AI-first production pipeline. Failure Mode Tracking: Monitor AI video model shifts, identifying technical limitations and sharing workflow workarounds.
