Full job description
Job Purpose
To provide strong technical and design leadership for the design, design, and delivery of aviation terminal infrastructure, ensuring world-class airport terminals that are safe, efficient, compliant, and future-ready. The role is responsible for translating traffic forecasts and operational requirements into robust terminal design, spatial design, and engineering solutions that optimize passenger experience, operational efficiency, and lifecycle performance. The role provides advanced analytics, modelling, and simulation to assess terminal capacity, passenger flows, systems, and processes across landside, terminal, and airside interfaces. It defines and improves Levels of Service in line with international aviation standards and develops capacity and terminal strategies that sustainably support current and future traffic growth, changing airline business models, and regulatory requirements—without compromising operational resilience or passenger comfort. The role further drives the development of integrated terminal design solutions that enable efficient utilization of existing land and infrastructure assets, support phased expansion, and align with the larger airport city and commercial ecosystem.
