Team members collaborate in a dynamic environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric solutions.Role Description The Academy SME (Subject Matter Expert) role at Curefit is a full-time position responsible for developing, reviewing, and enhancing learning content and training modules for the Academy. The role involves collaborating with trainers, product teams, and other stakeholders to design curricula, create instructional materials, and ensure that content aligns with current industry standards and Curefit’s health and fitness philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, preparing lesson plans, creating assessments, providing feedback to learners and instructors, and continuously updating content based on performance data and user input. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility to support focused content development and remote coordination.Qualifications Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or educational program development, preferably in health, fitness, or wellness domains.Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills to create accurate, up-to-date, and engaging learning materials.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trainers, product managers, and operations, in a hybrid work setting.Background in sports science, exercise physiology, nutrition, education, or a related field; relevant certifications in fitness or training are an advantage.Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms, and an interest in leveraging technology to enhance learner outcomes.Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Commitment to continuous learning and alignment with Curefit’s #BeBetterEveryday philosophy.
