The Spa Executive is responsible for directing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, and maintaining financial viability. This role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and accountability across all spa departments.
Financial Management
Maintain the facility in optimal condition whilst adhering strictly to the operations budgetImplement rigorous controls over payroll and departmental expenses
Operational Leadership
Ensure consistent client comfort and satisfaction through direct oversight and quality assuranceMaintain appointment punctuality and conduct post-appointment reviewsUphold rigorous cleanliness and organisational standards across all work areasManage inventory of massage oils, towels, sheets, and essential supplies with precisionDemonstrate professional excellence in all interactions with members and guests, addressing facility inquiries with competenceExecute all Body Treatments to the highest standardMonitor and implement current industry trends in body treatmentsMaintain all required professional licences and certificationsReport equipment malfunctions to the Operations Manager promptlyProvide support across all spa departments including Fitness, Facility Operations, Front Desk/Reception, and Retail as required
Strategic Development
