Role PurposeThe role holder is responsible for driving the end-to-end integration of product development, ensuring alignment with business strategy, innovation goals, and operational efficiency. Tech in Design, CAD/CAM, Thermal, Heat & Mass Transfer, Tribology, Fluid Mechanics, or Applied Mechanics.Proven track record in engineering leadership, project delivery, and process optimization.Hands-on experience with compressed air systems, fluid dynamics, and CAD/CAE tools.Proven expertise in industrial/process engineering and compressor manufacturing is highly desirable.Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-product design portfolios.
