Skills & Requirements :
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing and building SaaS and multi-tenant platforms.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, third-party integrations, and API architecture.
- Solid understanding of databases, data modeling, caching, and data processing systems, including SQL and NoSQL technologies. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, data privacy, and secure software design.
- Experience with performance optimization, observability, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Ability to make effective technology choices and architectural trade-offs based on business requirements, scalability, cost, and speed of execution.
- Strong experience in code reviews, technical design reviews, and establishing engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and AI agents, with the ability to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous and complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, business, and leadership teams.
- Proven ability to mentor senior and mid-level engineers and raise the overall technical capability of a team.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive technical initiatives from idea through design, implementation, and production.
