Industrial Quality Engineer

Manage IQ activities in relevant workshop : People, Process & PerformancePerform DpU / External Demerit analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with industrial cross function teamSupport the decision for all Hand Overs (GO / NOGO) & keeps NO GO Veto Right in any caseStop the production if needed for mandatory reason (e.g. Safety impact needed rework)Participate to Criticality Matrix analysis & contribute to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect & Analysis)Lead FAR & Participate to FMR / SMRImplement & Regularly update of Quality Control Plans during Pre & Serial manufacturing activitiesEnsure availability of Product History Book & Compliance of the manufactured products before shippingSupport PIQ in her / his scopeManage Internal NCR: Support NCR team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodology (e.g. QRQC)Participate in Customer InspectionsQualify manufacturing teams regarding the Self-InspectionManage Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)Perform Workstation Audit & Follow-upPerform or participate to inspections of products when required (e.g. PCx) Performance measurementsExternal Demerit, Defects per Unit & First Pass Yield reductions to achieve objectives definedCONQ per unit (Cost Of Non Quality) reduction to achieve objective definedAPSYS score objective for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items)

Competencies & Skills

Rigor & communicationTechnical mastering of railway productsInternational mindset & Fluent in English (For PIQ Manager / Leader)Ability to work in a matrix organization and resistance to pressure (Production & Delivery)Knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, …) and Quality tools

Mandatory:

Processes knowledge on Quality and at Industrial level

Desirable:

5 years experiences in IndustrialExperience in Project management or equivalentExperience in audit are appreciatedBachelor degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent for EngineerMust be able to read drawings / specifications and familiar with a variety of test equipmentSpecial Process Qualification minimum at Level 2 according to Quality Academy criteria’sExperience in managing Quality tools (Problem solving, Lean Six Sigma, …)Railway experience is a “plus”
