The company maintains a strong presence through a large base of Financial Consultants who support customers in achieving their long-term financial goals.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Consultant role for the Defence Channel based in Coimbatore. The Financial Consultant will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions. Responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, preparing customised plans for investment, savings and retirement, explaining product features, riders, and benefits in a clear and compliant manner. The role involves generating new business through lead management, referrals, and local market outreach, while maintaining strong relationships with policyholders. The Financial Consultant will also complete required documentation, adhere to regulatory and company guidelines, and collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales and service targets.QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to interpret financial products and market trends.Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, long-term customer solutions.Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, evaluate options, and recommend appropriate plans.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex information, and maintain client relationships.Customer-focused mindset with ethical conduct, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory requirements.Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in financial planning or insurance are an advantage.Prior experience in financial services, insurance sales, or wealth management is beneficial, though candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
