We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher to join our IT Support team. The candidate will assist in supporting Windows workstations, Microsoft Intune device management, user account administration, and basic troubleshooting activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with endpoint management and enterprise IT environments.
Responsibilities
Windows Workstation Support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systemsPerform hardware and software installations on desktops and laptopsDiagnose and resolve basic workstation issues related to performance, connectivity, and applicationsSupport printers, peripherals, and network connectivityAssist users with password resets and account-related issuesMicrosoft Intune Administration
Enroll and manage Windows devices using Microsoft IntuneMonitor device compliance and security policiesAssist in deploying applications through IntuneSupport device configuration profiles and endpoint security policiesTroubleshoot device enrollment and synchronization issuesMaintain asset inventory and device recordsIT Operations
Respond to user tickets and service requestsDocument troubleshooting steps and solutionsEscalate complex issues to senior engineers when requiredFollow IT security and compliance standardsParticipate in system updates and patch management activitiesRequired Skills
