The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory, managing relationships with existing and prospective customers, and expanding the customer base for Aditya Birla Capital’s financial products and services. The role involves regular field visits, monitoring channel performance, guiding partners and team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Territory Manager will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, prepare territory plans, and report performance metrics to leadership. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, participation in promotional activities, and ongoing customer support are key components of the day-to-day responsibilities.Qualifications Strong sales, business development, and territory management skills in financial services or a related sector.Ability to build and maintain customer and channel partner relationships, with effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in basic financial concepts, market analysis, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in branch operations, field sales, or retail financial products in the Chennai market is preferred.Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adapt to dynamic business requirements.
