Role: Tender ManagerExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:• Research, identify, and analyze tender opportunities relevant to drone technology and services.• Prepare and submit tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all technical and financial requirements.• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs for tender documentation.• Maintain a comprehensive database of all tenders, submissions, and follow-ups.• Track and monitor tender timelines, bid results, and provide strategic feedback.• Ensure all tender documentation complies with statutory and organizational policies.• Liaise with government departments and private clients as required.
Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in tendering, procurement, or contract management.• Hands-on experience with e-tendering portals and online submission platforms.• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.• Knowledge of drone technology or startup operations is a plus.
