The Opportunity
Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas including: Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content.

Your background.
Bachelor’s degree in either education/media design/software management/Technical.4-6 years of relevant experience in developing e-learning contentsWorking knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS) like Articulate, Moodle, etc.Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.Working knowledge of andragogical/pedagogical learning theory and instructional designWorking knowledge of the latest digital learning trends excellent written and oral communication skills creativity and critical thinking.Knowledge in software development / SharePoint / PowerBI etc are added advantages for this role,.
