Overall, a Minimum of 8 years of Customer care experience Voice Mandatory Domestic or International

Minimum 5 years of team handling with 2 to 3 Team leads and a tangible size of 50 members, handling team experience as a Manager (On Paper) in any voice process Domestic or International

• Preferred Candidates Male/Female

• Excellent Communication Skills Mandatory

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Strong business sense and industry expertise

• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

• Good Analytical Skills

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and other presentation development tools.

• Team handling in Real Estate experience would be an added advantage
