Technology & Operations > Supply Chain > Performance Management

The SIOP Performance Management team improves operational performance and execution excellence across the Service Supply Chain. Acting as a bridge between Planning, Commercial, Logistics, Procurement, and Service functions, the team ensures alignment on business priorities and enables effective end-to-end execution.

The department is responsible for performance management, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), master data governance, process improvement, automation, and business intelligence. By combining cross-functional collaboration with data-driven insights, the team supports revenue enablement, service availability, and continuous improvement across the global Service organization.

Responsibilities

Support supply chain performance through advanced analytics, KPI management, scenario modeling, and business insightsDevelop and maintain performance frameworks that support fact-based decision making across the service supply chainAnalyze trends, risks, and performance drivers to identify opportunities for improving inventory, service levels, and operational efficiencyConduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with global supply chain partnersBuild simulations and what-if scenarios to support strategic and tactical decision makingIdentify and pursue automation opportunities that enhance reporting efficiency and analytical capabilitiesTranslate complex data into actionable recommendations for business leadersSupport continuous improvement initiatives through analytical insights and performance governance

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience within Supply Chain Performance Management, Analytics, Planning, or OperationsDeep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and the factors that drive performanceExperience working in international and cross-functional environmentsDemonstrated skill in converting complex data into business insights and practical recommendationsExperience with ERP systems and supply chain data structures

Competencies

Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business insights and practical recommendationsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization toolsKnowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical toolsUnderstanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and service operationsExperience with statistical analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance measurementWell-developed problem-solving abilities and a systematic approachAbility to combine operational data with business context to inform decisions
