The SIOP Performance Management team improves operational performance and execution excellence across the Service Supply Chain. Acting as a bridge between Planning, Commercial, Logistics, Procurement, and Service functions, the team ensures alignment on business priorities and enables effective end-to-end execution.

The department oversees performance management, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), data governance, process improvement, automation, and business intelligence. By combining cross-functional collaboration with data-driven insights, the team supports revenue enablement, service availability, and continuous improvement across the global Service organization.

Responsibilities

Improve supply chain performance through effective master data governance, process optimization, and automation initiativesAnalyze master data structures and business rules to identify opportunities for improved planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and service performancePartner with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders to ensure data supports business objectivesPerform root cause analysis and corrective actions for supply chain performance issues linked to data, processes, or system setupDefine and implement scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve process efficiencySupport continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision makingGovern key master data domains and ensure data quality standards across global supply chain processesIdentify opportunities to simplify and standardize supply chain processes across regions and functions

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Master Data, or Performance ManagementGood understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their interaction with planning, inventory, and service performanceExperience working in a global business environmentHistory of improving processes and business results through data-driven insightsExperience working with ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA

Competencies

Deep knowledge of master data management and its effect on supply chain performanceExperience working with SAP master data objects and supply chain-relevant data structures, including Material, Location, Vendor, and Customer Master DataAdvanced Excel skills and experience using digital tools for business analysisUnderstanding of inventory management, planning concepts, and supply chain optimizationExperience with automation tools, reporting solutions, or process digitization initiativesAbility to connect business requirements with system and data solutionsStrategic mindset with the ability to connect operational details to business outcomesEffective stakeholder management and collaboration skillsClear communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple mannerCurious and improvement-oriented approachHighly organized approach marked by initiative and follow-throughComfortable questioning established processes and helping bring about changeAble to navigate ambiguity and work across organizational boundaries
