About the roleAs a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a technical leader responsible for the architecture and evolution of our core product suites. You will drive complex cross-functional initiatives, mentoring others while ensuring our systems remain resilient and performant. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance immediate delivery with long-term technical debt management and innovation.

What you'll do• Lead the architectural design and implementation of highly scalable full-stack features, ensuring robust High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for distributed systems.• Architect complex database schemas and data models that ensure high availability, consistency, and performance across large-scale relational and non-relational storage.• Design and standardize secure, version-controlled APIs that facilitate seamless integration and high performance for internal and external stakeholders.• Collaborate with product managers to translate intricate business requirements into comprehensive technical roadmaps and actionable system specifications.• Drive engineering excellence by establishing best practices for code quality, rigorous testing, and automated deployment pipelines across the department.• Mentor engineering team members through technical guidance and inclusive collaboration, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within high-traffic microservices environments to maintain system reliability and efficiency.• Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure all architectural and design decisions adhere to global data protection and privacy standards.

What you'll bring• 9+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development within high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.• Bachelor’s degree, B.E., or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems using Java, Go, or Node.js.• Advanced proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, with a focus on state management and performance.• Extensive experience with cloud-native infrastructure and containerization tools like leading SaaS companies, Docker, and Kubernetes.• Proven track record of designing and implementing secure, scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL interfaces.• Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-driven features intoproduction-grade applications.• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception through to global deployment.

Nice to have• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and prompt engineering to optimize the software development lifecycle.• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for building intelligent product features.• Active contribution to open-source projects or a history of speaking at technical conferences.• Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.• Experience working in a globally distributed engineering organization.
