Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Specialist - NDT Blades Centralized Evaluation Team PAUT/UT blade evaluation activities. The role involves Shift lead evaluation operations, ensuring data accuracy, nonconformities, and supporting continuous quality improvement within blade manufacturing and inspection processes and providing 24/7 technical support to all factories Key Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years in NDT/UT. Strong knowledge of wind turbine blade manufacturing processes. Ability to set up, operate, and interpret NDT (UT) equipment and relevant analysis software. Handle evaluation task assignments per shift and ensure proper workflow. Monitor ongoing evaluations and data flow for efficiency and accuracy. Cross-verify evaluation data and ensure quality compliance. Approve evaluation results prior to final submission. Manage NDT NC (Nonconformity) handling and follow-up actions. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects and inspection failures. Monitor quality trends through Power BI dashboards and reports. Competencies & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production or equivalent). Valid ASNT UT (Ultrasonic Inspection) level 2 certificate Strong understanding of Ultrasonic Testing (UT) processes and methods. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. Experience with composite materials (wind turbine blades) is highly preferred. Methodological knowledge in quality assurance and process improvement. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English. Ability to work across multiple plants and environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination. Assertive and professional in dealing with suppliers and external stakeholders
