Solutions Architect

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Advisor / Senior Solution Architect toserve as a senior individual contributor and technical subject matter expert across strategiccustomer engagements.This is a hands-on role that spans both the sales and delivery lifecycle. The successfulcandidate will lead technical solutioning, build critical components, resolve compleximplementation challenges, and remain accountable for the technical quality and successfuldelivery of assigned customer solutions.The role requires strong experience in low-code platforms, enterprise architecture, integrations,hands-on application development, customer-facing solutioning, and technical deliveryownership. The individual will also mentor the broader technical team and help strengthendelivery capability, standards, and execution quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DevelopmentLead the end-to-end technical solution for strategic and enterprise customer engagementsTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable applications and workflowsDesign and build complex low-code applications, workflows, integrations, data models, reports, and automation componentsDevelop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reusable componentsTroubleshoot and resolve complex functional, technical, integration, performance, and security issuesEstablish development standards, reusable patterns, and implementation best practicesTechnical Delivery AccountabilityOwn the technical solution from pre-sales handover through implementation and go-liveEnsure delivered solutions align with agreed business requirements, architecture, scope, and platform capabilitiesIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints early in the engagementWork closely with project managers and delivery leads to track progress, risks, and milestonesTake ownership of technical escalations, working directly with internal teams and customers to resolve themEnsure successful handover, documentation, and knowledge transferPre-Sales SolutioningPartner with sales and account management during opportunity discovery and solution qualificationLead technical discovery workshops covering business processes, systems, integrations, and security requirementsBuild proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate proposed solutionsContribute to proposals, statements of work, effort estimates, and implementation roadmapsCommunicate platform capabilities, limitations, and delivery risks clearly to customersIdentify potential expansion opportunities based on customer needs and platform capabilitiesProject & Engagement SupportTake ownership of selected customer projects or technical workstreams as neededSupport project planning, milestone definition, risk tracking, and status reportingManage a limited number of smaller projects alongside hands-on solution responsibilitiesTeam Growth & MentoringMentor solution architects, technical consultants, and developers through pairing and hands-on coachingCreate reusable solution patterns, development standards, templates, and technical documentationContribute to hiring, onboarding, and technical evaluation of team membersRequired ExperienceSignificant experience as a solution architect, technical architect, senior developer, or technical leadStrong hands-on experience building enterprise applications on low-code/no-code platforms such as Kissflow, Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce Platform, or similarProven experience leading technical solutioning across both pre-sales and delivery stagesStrong application development experience — workflow design, data modeling, business rules, UI, integrations, reporting, and automationStrong knowledge of enterprise integrations, REST APIs, web services, identity and access management, databases, and cloud platformsExperience troubleshooting complex technical issues through testing, deployment, and production stabilizationExperience contributing to proposals, statements of work, estimates, and implementation plansStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills — able to work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior customer leadersExperience mentoring technical team members while remaining an individual contributor
