Position: Site Supervisor – 2 Positions
Location: Chennai, Perumbakkam
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
Job Type: Full-time
Department: Operations / Site
About the Role
We are looking for responsible and experienced Site Supervisors to manage daily site activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site workers, materials, and equipment.
Monitor daily work progress and site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Ensure safety, quality, and proper site management.
Resolve site issues and maintain daily reports.
Support the Project Manager in completing projects on time.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in site supervision.
Experience in interior, construction, or engineering preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
