WE ARE HIRING! Position: Site Supervisor Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Responsibilities - Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities. - Coordinate and monitor workers at the site. - Ensure work is completed on time and according to requirements. - Monitor materials, equipment, and overall site progress. - Coordinate with contractors, workers, and management. - Prepare daily work progress reports. - Ensure proper safety and quality standards are maintained. - Handle and resolve day-to-day site-related issues. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role. - Good communication and team coordination skills. - Ability to manage workers and handle site activities effectively. - Basic knowledge of site operations and safety procedures. - Candidates willing to work in Perumbakkam, Chennai are preferred.
