About the Team: ZF Test Systems specializes in developing and producing test benches for on- and off-road mobility. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on validation and development test facilities to enhance the quality of driveline, active chassis, tires, wheels, and brakes, contributing to improved safety and comfort for drivers.The company operates globally across various locations in Asia, Europe, and the US. What you can look forward to asService Engineer - Installation & commissioning (Test Systems) : Analysis of complex, interdisciplinary disturbances and determination of corrective actions Remedy of malfunction by telephone instruction, remote connection or on-site assignment Elaborate necessary service measures in coordination with the customer and service organization Perform Electrical / Mechanical project activity at customer site and carry out commissioning activity for Projects at site Preventive Maintenance, Calibration and Modernization of testing equipment. Training of customer personnel Maintain the ZF asset (Tools) and records of the customer test benches for next calibration & Service.Maintaining the spares stocks.
Profile description:
Your Profile as Service Engineer - Installation & commissioning (Test Systems) : Diploma or B E Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or Mechatronics with minimum 5~7 years hands on experience. Application, Commissioning, Service Engineer role with Automotive driveline from OEM and Tire Industry PLC Programming & Troubleshooting Electrical, PLC & Drives (Siemens TIA Porta, RA, Beckhoff). Troubleshooting of Hydraulics & Pneumatics High Speed Uniformity m/c, Rolling Resistance m/c, Treadwear m/c.EoL product line: Low speed uniformity m/c Installation, Commissioning and troubleshooting of Tire Test bed and Automation systems. Safety Protocols & Standards: Paramount knowledge of high-voltage safety procedures, risk assessments, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and relevant industry standards/regulations (e.g., UN 38.3, ISO 17025). Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose complex battery issue Professional attitude and strong customer service skills to manage expectations and provide technical support.
