What You’ll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end test and validation activities for new product development projects, ensuring products meet quality, performance, and compliance requirements.Design and execute software and system validation tests that confirm product requirements and support successful product releases.Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to drive timely resolution and product improvements.Drive test planning, reporting, and validation traceability to provide clear insights into product readiness and quality.Support and enhance test automation and validation infrastructure to improve efficiency, repeatability, and test coverage

What We're Looking For

Experience leading product testing and validation activities involving both hardware and software/firmware in a product development environment.Strong knowledge of test engineering methodologies, requirement-based validation, and defect management practices.Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment, such as oscilloscopes and power analyzers.Familiarity with test automation and scripting tools, including Python, Robot Framework, or similar technologies.Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, solve complex technical challenges, and communicate findings clearly.
