Quality Engineering & Testing

Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing across web, mobile, API, and data platforms.Ability to define Quality Engineering strategies, testing standards, governance models, and best practices aligned with business and engineering objectives.Expertise in test planning, risk assessment, defect management, quality governance, and release readiness activities for complex enterprise applications.Proven track record of driving quality excellence, continuous improvement, and testing effectiveness across teams and programs.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to build high-performing Quality Engineering teams and foster a quality-first culture.

Key Technical Skills Required

Strong expertise in Playwright automation framework development, including framework architecture, cross-browser testing, parallel execution, reporting, and CI/CD integration. Hands-on experience in API testing and automation using Karate, with solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, contract testing, and service integration validation. Experience applying AI/GenAI technologies in Quality Engineering, including automated test generation, intelligent test maintenance, defect prediction, and test optimization.Strong understanding of ETL, database, SQL, data migration, data reconciliation, and end-to-end data validation across enterprise applications.Knowledge of AWS cloud services, distributed systems, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality engineering tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Zephyr, GitHub, and Jenkins.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Ability to lead technical discussions and represent Quality Engineering in architecture reviews, design sessions, and engineering leadership forums.Experience defining automation framework strategies, quality transformation initiatives, and long-term engineering roadmaps.Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide technical leadership to Quality Engineering and Automation teams.Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.Ability to influence strategic engineering decisions and advocate quality-first approaches across organizations.
