Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer uses their skills and experience to engage directly with the development team, product management, and project management to design, develop, and deliver new features across our full-stack platform built on JADE, C# / .NET, and React. Demonstrates strong ability to maintain existing features while efficiently modifying and adapting to changing technologies and business needs, and possesses a knack for personal and organizational growth.

Experience Guideline

4–8 years of relevant full-stack software engineering experience with excellent problem-solving skills.BS or MS in Computer Science or a related discipline.Solid object-oriented design and development background.Highly proficient in C# and the .NET platform — building back-end services, business logic, and APIs.Hands-on experience with the JADE platform (object-oriented application and database environment), or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on JADE.Proficient in modern front-end development with React — component design, state management, and TypeScript / JavaScript, HTML and CSS.Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end and back-end layers into a cohesive full-stack solution.Solid experience with relational and/or object databases (e.g., SQL Server), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.Comfortable in Agile / Scrum, team-oriented environments with global / virtual teams and stakeholders.Familiar with LLM concepts and AI-assisted coding; uses AI development tools such as Claude to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.

Engages directly with the development team, product management, and project management to design, develop, and deliver new features.Designs and delivers scalable, AI-enabled features and workflows across the JADE / C# / React stack, applying sound architectural, performance, security, and operational considerations.Maintains ownership of product features through their lifecycle: architecture / design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and support.Works through complex problems and troubleshoots issues effectively regardless of complexity.Completes work efficiently and with high quality, with an increased focus on design.Holds deep knowledge in a particular product / solution or broad knowledge across several products / solutions.Thinks security, scalability, and high availability, and employs these best practices during design, development, and testing.Submits major design elements for peer review prior to implementation and analyzes and fixes defects of varying difficulty.Acts as a systems thinker who translates business needs into technical, AI-enabled solutions.

Supervision / Accountability

Able to work independently with minimal guidance and completes assignments consistently.May be responsible for an area of the code base — demonstrating module-level ownership and subject-matter expertise.Demonstrates clear understanding of milestones and consistently delivers within agreed timelines.Plans work and reports progress against plan; balances speed and quality while taking ownership as an AI-augmented builder.Accountable for own work output and contributes reliably to team outcomes.Has a clear understanding of when to reach out for help and / or escalate.
