Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in software testing, with at least 5 years focused on test automation using Java and any Test tool Skills: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication and collaboration skills Knowledge: Proven experience in testing Web Services, Web UI, and APIs , Mobile App, Salesforce applications
Responsibilities
Framework Development:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium.Acquire client requirements; resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.. Utilize automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenanceShould have experience in customising default reports and libraries of playwright Test Case Automation: Develop and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines Test Data Management: Implement strategies for managing and provisioning test data efficiently Innovation: Works effectively to transform innovative ideas to fruitionTroubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to automated tests Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports and analyze results to identify trends and areas for improvement Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders Experience using AI-assisted developer and testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve test design, automation development, and productivity.Understanding of AI-powered testing concepts such as intelligent test generation, test optimization, and automated defect analysis.

Salesforce – Extensive Experience
Demonstrates deep expertise in testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.Leads end-to-end validation of Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.Designs and implements scalable test strategies for Salesforce releases, including regression, integration, and UAT support.Analyzes complex Salesforce business processes, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and automation logic to identify quality risks.Reviews and validates impacts of configuration and customization changes, including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and custom objects.Advises teams on Salesforce test data management, environment strategy, and release readiness practices.Evaluates cross-functional impacts of Salesforce enhancements and drives quality assurance across integrated business processes.Mentors team members on Salesforce testing best practices, automation opportunities, and enterprise quality engineering standards.Collaborates with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.Establishes quality metrics, defect trends, and release governance mechanisms to support Salesforce platform stability and continuous improvement.
