Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically proficient Quality, Planning & Specification (QPS) Engineer to evaluate project specifications, understand customer requirements and relevant industry standards, and formulate cost-effective quotation and manufacturing strategies for KOB1 projects. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Sr. QPS Engineer has the responsibility to support the project specifications review, formulate quotation & execution strategy and communicate to project Sales & PMO team, being part of front-end engineering team.

Review customer specifications, develop quotation & manufacturing strategies along with Sales & PMO team. Interpret customer vs industrial/global standards, generate deviations list with sales for bid submission and translate requirements into enterable order. Prepare the project review within specified time frame to meet the quotation deadline. Apply knowledge of factory manufacturing capability, testing, QA, documentation, packaging and shipping. Collaborate with multi-discipline stakeholders to drive standardized execution strategies across plants. Follow Tier 3 processes and participate in Project Quote Strategy and Kick-off meetings. Align specifications and execution strategies with global stakeholders. Support Sales team to ensure compliance with project contractual technical and manufacturing specifications. Prepare and update inspection & test plans, welding matrices and paint addenda.

You collaborate effectively with project managers and factory personnel, resolving conflicts constructively when they arise.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in control valves engineering/Project management. Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering. Understanding material testing and inspection processes. Knowledge of Standards and norms (ASME, ASTM, API, ISO). Capacity to work with remote teams in a multicultural environment. Knowledge on Fisher products and accessories would be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Good interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Eager to take on new challenges. Ability to optimize work processes and improve performance metrics . Time management, Problem Solving and Decision-making Skills. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., NDT Level II, CSWIP 3.1, CIP Level I) would be a plus.
