Full job description

We are looking for a high-impact and flexible SAP S/4HANA SD/MM Consultant to support business transformation initiatives through SAP solutions. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, optimize business processes, and deliver SAP S/4HANA capabilities aligned with organizational objectives.

Required Experience

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM projects (mandatory)SAP S/4HANA certification preferred but not mandatoryExperience delivering at least two full lifecycle SAP implementation projectsExpertise in SAP MM and SD configuration and business processesStrong understanding of SAP Fiori applications and architectureExperience with:Sales order processingOrder fulfillmentConsignment processesReturns managementCredit managementPricingTaxationBilling and output managementDeep understanding of:Business Partner concept in SAP S/4HANAIntercompany and intracompany business processesSAP MM and SAP FI integrationExperience in major enhancements and custom developments including RICEFW objects, APIs, User Exits, BAPIs, and BADIsExperience integrating SAP with third-party and non-SAP systemsAbility to facilitate business workshops and drive solution design sessionsStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologiesWorking knowledge of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects is desirableWorking knowledge of ABAP debugging is desirable

Responsibilities

Partner with business owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirementsDesign SAP SD/MM solutions that meet business objectives and industry best practicesProvide functional expertise and recommendations related to SAP S/4HANA capabilitiesLead solution workshops and business process discussionsPrepare functional specifications and participate in design reviewsConfigure SAP SD and MM modules based on approved requirementsExecute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activitiesSupport SAP and non-SAP integration initiativesCollaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and custom developmentsIdentify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system efficiencySupport project delivery using Agile methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field7+ years of SAP SD/MM functional consulting experienceStrong expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM and SD configurationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and business engagement capabilitiesProven analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in cross-functional and global project teamsKnowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP integration technologies preferredSAP S/4HANA certification preferred
