Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Management: Proactively follow up on leads generated through various educational institute channels and partner networks.

Customer Journey: Coordinate directly with students and parents to facilitate the loan process, from initial inquiry to final disbursement.

Field Execution: Visit channel partners (coaching centers, consultants, and colleges) consistently to monitor and maintain a healthy sourcing funnel.

Operations & Compliance: Manage "File Logins," including meticulous documentation follow-up and ensuring file quality for smooth processing.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams (Credit, Operations, and Collections) to ensure timely loan sanctions and high portfolio quality.

Market Presence: Actively participate in educational events, seminars, and on-ground sourcing activities to increase brand visibility.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends to position Avanse as the "Brand of First Choice."

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any stream

Experience: 0-3 years of experience. Freshers with a "go-getter" attitude are welcome.

Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, relationship management, and a basic understanding of financial documentation.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the city for meetings and events.
