Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Program Manager to drive and manage key initiatives around Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process simplification, Order Management system enhancements, and data migration.
The role will work closely with Product, Business, Technology, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Service Delivery teams to identify improvement opportunities, drive system development, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure successful adoption of new ordering capabilities.
A key responsibility will be end-to-end ownership of data migration and data readiness required for new ordering journeys and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Program manage Lead-to-Cash simplification and Order Management transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.Identify process gaps, manual interventions, and improvement opportunities across the L2C and ordering journey.Coordinate with Business and Technology teams to define requirements and drive PRD development for system enhancements.Own the overall program plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.Drive execution of multiple cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of committed outcomes.Own end-to-end data migration activities, including data assessment, mapping, cleansing, data building, validation, reconciliation, and migration to target systems.Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure data readiness for new products, customers, services, and ordering journeys.Drive UAT, rollout, production readiness, and post-deployment stabilisation.Track adoption of new system capabilities and drive resolution of process, system, and data-related gaps.Prepare regular program dashboards, status reports, management updates, and risk/issue tracking.Ensure successful transition from legacy/manual processes to new digital ordering journeys.
Key Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation.Strong experience managing cross-functional technology/business programs.Good understanding of Lead-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash and Order Management processes.Hands-on experience in data migration, data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and data readiness.Experience creating PRDs, business requirements, user stories, and functional requirements.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with Agile/technology teams and enterprise applications.Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and execution skills.
Preferred
Experience in Telecom, Cloud, Managed Services, or IT Services.Exposure to CRM, Order Management, Provisioning, Billing, or Service Management platforms.Experience managing large-scale system transformation and migration programs.Exposure to data analysis and enterprise data management.
