What You’ll Be Doing

Design and deliver AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions that solve business challenges and create measurable value.Build and integrate AI agents and Large Language Model (LLM)-based capabilities with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications to improve user experiences and workflows.Develop and maintain scalable backend services and architectures that enable secure, reliable, and high-performing AI solutions.Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into practical AI products that drive adoption and business impact.Explore and apply emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve processes, innovation, and organizational capability.

What We're Looking For

Experience developing and delivering enterprise software solutions using languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI solution evaluation.Experience working with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations to build scalable applications.Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-focused way.A proactive mindset with a track record of taking ownership, solving complex problems, and delivering outcomes in product-oriented environments.
