About the Role

The Product Sales Manager – Cash Management will be responsible for driving transaction banking and liability product sales across Wholesale Banking segments including Corporate, NBFC, FI, and Government Banking. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and contributing to CASA growth and fee income through effective cross-selling of cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Manage transaction banking requirements for clients and maintain regulatory relationships.Identify and activate high-potential clients for transaction banking services.Drive growth in current account balances and fee-based income.Provide strategic inputs to product and strategy teams for enhancing transaction banking offerings.Develop and execute business strategies for product development, sales, and service delivery.Train Relationship Managers on new cash and trade products.Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution and client servicing.Benchmark competition and gather market intelligence to refine offerings.Work with Product and Operations teams to re-engineer processes and enhance client stickiness.

Secondary Responsibilities

Identify and build strategic alliances across segments to deliver innovative solutions.Support implementation of client deals and resolve transactional queries.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, Computers, or Management

Experience

6–9 years of relevant experience in cash management, transaction banking, or product sales
