Requirements:
4-6 years as a product manager working closely with engineering on solutioning and technical delivery, not just requirements gathering.
Comfort in technical conversations about APIs, data models, system architecture, and integrations, enough to make informed trade-off calls with engineers.
A track record of translating business requirements into shipped technical solutions, with examples of what you cut and why.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment between business and engineering without relying on formal authority.
Comfort defining metrics, reading data, and querying it directly when needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of SQL and product analytics tooling.
Hands-on exposure to Salesforce or other CRM/enterprise platforms is a bonus signal, not a requirement.
Exposure to system design concepts (APIs, databases, integrations) from a prior technical, analyst, or engineering-adjacent role.
