Job Summary

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement process transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for procurement processes, and leverage procurement best practices.Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement standardized, scalable solutions.Lead small, medium, and large transformation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.Partner with business stakeholders, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to define business requirements and deliver process improvements.Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation using SAP and other procurement technologies.Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and KPI frameworks to measure transformation success.Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.Support governance, process compliance, audit requirements, and continuous improvement initiative.
Education & Experience Recommended
8–12+ years of procurement, supply chain, or business process transformation experience.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
SAP MM Certification (preferred or required based on organizational needs)
Knowledge & Skills
Strong expertise in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.Proven experience leading procurement transformation and business process improvement projects.Strong knowledge of SAP MM, procurement operations, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.Experience leading change management, user training, and organizational adoption initiativesProject management experience is an added advantageCompliance and Controls – Strong understanding of procurement policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to governance standards
