Role Description The Process Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for delivering effective training programs to customer-facing and operations teams. This role includes conducting new hire training sessions, refresher trainings, and process updates to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company standards. The Process Trainer will analyze process performance, identify training needs, and design training content, including manuals, presentations, and job aids. Daily responsibilities involve coordinating training schedules, facilitating interactive classroom and floor training, monitoring trainee performance, and providing feedback and coaching. The role collaborates closely with operations leaders, quality teams, and HR to support process improvements and foster a continuous learning culture.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training to design and deliver effective learning programs.Candidates should possess excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to engage diverse groups and convey complex information clearly.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify gaps, and recommend process and training improvements.Relevant experience in process training, operations training, or L&D in consumer internet, services, or customer support environments is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certifications in training, instructional design, or L&D are an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple training batches, and adapt to evolving processes and business needs.
