The role
A mid-level Process Manufacturing Engineering engineer role at Valeo, leading industrialization of new production lines to improve machine and direct labor efficiency. You will manage production equipment introduction using IPROM, define acceptance criteria and validation plans, participate in PFMEA and control plans, monitor QCDM and drive cycle time reduction, and support standardization (PG RAISE, CdC) and SPV rules. MISSION
To lead the industrialization of the new P1To improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeterCapitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domainTo participate on the design of new equipment and new linesTo lead Lean design workshop
Industrialization
To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM To follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplierTo design small tool and validate the supplier proposalTo define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or line To perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipmentTo perform trials on the lines and deliver reportsTo built action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPRTo perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipments and processTo set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN
Mass production
To monitor QCDM and propose improvementTo survey the performance of equipments , and always in mind, optimizationTo work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costsTo update routing on Information system with SPV validationTo support production technician ( training, analysis, problem solving)To be in contact with the suppliers ( improvement, support)To participate to SPV workshopTo participle to APU QRQC
Standardization
Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards which are created by Standard OwnersValidate any change of standard proposed by sitesTo know, apply and promote the standards ( PG, sites or corporate) in his domain To apply the SPV rules
