As a Planning COE Solution Architect, you will help define the direction of this transformation, shaping best-in-class Supply Chain planning, end-to-end processes and integrated solutions across the global Service Supply Chain. You will connect business strategy, processes, data, and technology, enabling executive decisions and influencing the evolution of our ERP, planning processes and planning ecosystem.
Job Scope/summary
The role is responsible for defining global planning process standards, solution principles, and target operating models across the Service Supply Chain Planning COE. The position operates at organizational level in highly complex and ambiguous environments, combining deep supply chain planning process design expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and ERP/planning ecosystem knowledge.
The Role Combines
Supply Chain process design expertise and solution leadership, defining global standards and scalable operating models.Executive decision enablement, structuring complex choices and building cross-organizational alignment.ERP and planning ecosystem strategy, connecting business processes, data, technology, and partner capabilities.
The role partners with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, Data, and external technology providers to shape strategic direction, clarify priorities, and translate business needs into integrated transformation roadmaps. In addition, the role strengthens COE capability by coaching junior colleagues and establishing global practices.
Job Specifics/responsibilities
Process Design / Transformation Leadership
Define the strategic direction and target operating model for best-in-class planning processes across the global Service Supply Chain
Lead complex, cross-organizational transformation initiatives involving multiple processes, data, and technology dependenciesTranslate business strategy into global process, capability, data, and technology roadmapsStructure ambiguity and define clear priorities, decision frameworks, and transformation choicesPre-align senior stakeholders and executives to enable timely and effective decision-makingDrive alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Data, and partners on global standards, investments, and roadmap prioritiesSupport executive decisions through analytical rigor and clear recommendationsDefine governance frameworks and anticipate systemic risks and dependenciesEnsure delivery of sustainable business outcomes across service, inventory, and cost
Process Ownership
Own global planning processes and define standards and operating principles across the organization Define the continuous improvement strategy for global planning processes Shape end-to-end integration across planning domains, data flows, organizational boundaries, and ERP/planning platforms Establish global process standards, business rules, KPIs, decision rights, and adoption requirements Align process KPIs with business strategy and use insights to drive transformation priorities Benchmark and shape solutions toward scalable, integrated, and best-in-class process design Act as a recognized authority for supply chain planning processes and business solution architecture Influence the broader planning ecosystem, partnering with IT and vendors to shape product strategy and capability roadmaps

Education (degree) And Professional Experience Required
Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Typically 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, process architecture, solution design, or enterprise transformation, including:
Definition of global supply chain planning processes, standards, or operating modelsLeadership of complex, cross-organizational transformation initiativesExecutive decision enablement and senior stakeholder alignmentEnd-to-end solution design spanning business processes, data, ERP, and advanced planning toolsInfluence over IT, product, or vendor roadmaps based on business strategy and value
Level suitability will be determined by scope of impact, complexity, decision influence, and organizational leadership, rather than experience alone.
