IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Be responsible for the accurate reporting of pending receivablesPrepare, verify, and process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate mannerOrganise records of invoices, order forms, and payment trackersMaintain records of pending payments for all customersEnsure timely collection of customer paymentsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and AR reports for income segregated by categoryPrepare periodic revenue forecast reportsEnsure a high-quality invoicing and collection process that ensures a smooth collection processAssist in the account reconciliations, reporting, and annual audit when needed

A PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:Qualification: B.Com or any bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experienceMust speak Hindi and EnglishProven work experience as a Revenue or Accounts Receivable executiveHands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Zoho BooksFamiliarity with advanced formulas in MS ExcelExcellent analytical skills, along with the ability to create and present detailed reportsAbility to accurately process numerical dataTeam management and negotiation skillsProblem-solving attitudeConfidentialityExcellent customer handling skills
