Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As Operations Head, the candidate would be heading the complete factory / manufacturing unit and responsible for the entire factory operations. Ensure smooth production and order fulfilment, maintaining product quality and service quality, manufacturing costs, productivity etc.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Candidate should possess good communication and analytical skills Have excellent leadership qualities. Experience in the Optical industry / Lens manufacturing will be an added advantage. Hands on production experience and familiar with quality management systems.
Education
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Instrumentation from a reputed University. M.B.A would be an added advantage.
Experience
Overall work experience of 20 to 30 years Must have 7 to 10 years of experience heading a small / mid-sized manufacturing operations of at least 300 people. Digitally engaged
