About The Role

As a QA Lead, you will drive quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for test strategy, test execution, defect management, risk analysis, and release validation while mentoring team members and promoting QA best practices.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), System, and Regression Testing activitiesReview business and technical requirements and develop comprehensive test strategiesCreate and maintain Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test DataValidate card transaction processing, authorization, settlement, reversals, refunds, and payment workflowsAnalyze and validate ISO 8583 transaction messages and interfacesPerform defect identification, tracking, root cause analysis, and verificationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality solutionsProvide testing status, quality metrics, and risk reporting to stakeholdersMentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

What You Will Need

10+ years of experience in Software Quality AssuranceStrong domain expertise in Cards & Payments, Banking, or Financial ServicesSolid knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging standards and payment transaction lifecycleHands-on experience in Functional, Integration, E2E, and Regression TestingExperience with Test Planning, Test Design, Defect Management, and Risk AnalysisStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments
