Role Overview:We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Associate to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, technical support, systems, network, hardware and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:Provide IT support and troubleshooting for employeesManage network, hardware, software, systems, and IT assetsHandle employee IT onboarding/offboarding and access managementManage CCTV, access control, AV and meeting-room systemsSupport ISO/SOC audits, IT compliance, risk monitoring and documentationCoordinate IT vendors, AMC, preventive maintenance and service requestsSupport IT requirements for events and meetingsMaintain IT incidents, logs and infrastructure records

Requirements:Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field3–5 years of experience in IT Support/IT OperationsGood knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, software and troubleshootingExposure to IT security, ISO/SOC compliance, asset and vendor managementStrong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills
