Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in automation, data engineering, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to design scalable solutions, automate business processes, and deliver impactful data insights. This role requires a strong blend of technical capability, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps to address business needsBuild and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to improve process efficiencyDevelop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for business intelligence and executive decision-makingWrite and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuningDesign and manage data pipelines and storage solutions in SnowflakeCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsPerform data modeling, validation, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverablesMaintain proper technical documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and governanceSupport troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of relevant experience in Power Platform, data engineering, or analytics rolesProven expertise in:Power Apps (application development)Power Automate (workflow automation)Power BI (dashboard development and data visualization)SQL (advanced querying and database management)Snowflake (cloud data platform and data warehousing)Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database conceptsExperience working in enterprise IT environments with structured development and testing practicesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with VBA / Excel automation for legacy process integrationFamiliarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExposure to API integrations and system interoperabilityUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience in manufacturing/operations analytics (adds strong business context)
