About The Team

You will join a high‑performing implementation and conversion team responsible for onboarding clients to FIS systems. The role involves interpreting client data, mapping complex workflows, and ensuring smooth migration to FIS platforms.

What You Bring

4–7 years of experience in Implementation or Tech Support rolesExcellent communication and documentation skillsProficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applicationsHands‑on experience with UNIX commands and SQL queriesAbility to work independently on complex, high‑visibility projectsStrong analytical and data‑mapping skills with deep understanding of FIS systemsExperience interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersCapability to mentor others and contribute to process standardsExcellent problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills
