Work Timings : Night Shift (7 PM IST onwards)

About the team:
You will join a highperforming implementation and conversion team responsible for onboarding clients to FIS systems. The role involves interpreting client data, mapping complex workflows, and ensuring smooth migration to FIS platforms.
What you will be doing:

What you bring:
4-7 years of experience in Implementation or Tech Support roles.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications
Handson experience with UNIX commands and SQL queries
Ability to work independently on complex, highvisibility projects.
Strong analytical and datamapping skills with deep understanding of FIS systems.
Experience interacting with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Capability to mentor others and contribute to process standards.
Excellent problemsolving, documentation and communication skills.
