Team members work in a mission-driven environment that values integrity, inclusion, and long-term impact.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gold Loan Wealth Manager Sales role based in Chennai. The role involves sourcing and onboarding customers for gold loan products, explaining product features, eligibility, and repayment terms in a clear and transparent manner. The Gold Loan Wealth Manager is responsible for evaluating gold collateral as per company policies, coordinating with branch staff for secure handling and documentation, and ensuring accurate, compliant processing of loan applications. The role includes achieving sales targets, cross-selling relevant financial products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing after-sales support. Daily activities also involve market outreach, follow-up on leads and renewals, monitoring portfolio quality, and supporting branch-level initiatives to increase customer engagement.Qualifications Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to meet targets and build trust with diverse customer segments.Knowledge of gold loan products, collateral evaluation basics, and understanding of retail lending processes.Solid communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.Basic numerical and analytical abilities for assessing loan eligibility, repayment capacity, and portfolio performance.Attention to detail and adherence to policies, with a focus on documentation accuracy, compliance, and risk management.Proficiency in using basic computer applications and digital tools for data entry, customer records, and reporting.Previous experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial services, especially in gold loans or retail lending, is an advantage.Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in finance or banking are a plus.High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and a customer-centric mindset aligned with serving rural and semi-urban communities.
