This role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting the development and implementation of financial strategies. The Financial Services Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting and reporting, adherence to internal controls, and timely completion of audits and compliance activities. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, identifying process improvements, preparing management reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. The role also requires engaging with stakeholders to clarify financial information, support planning and forecasting, and contribute to the overall financial health and efficiency of the organization.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem solving, and attention to detail.Candidates should possess core Finance and Financial Services skills, covering financial planning, financial analysis, insurance products, and understanding of financial markets.Candidates should possess Accounting skills, including knowledge of accounting principles, ledger management, and financial statement preparation.Candidates should possess Auditing skills, including familiarity with internal controls, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
