Role Description

Purchase & Inventory: Making the purchase invoice & GRN and managing the stock at Warehouse.Sales invoicing: Making the Delivery note, sales invoices & E way bills as per the Sales orders requested from the sales & Ops team. Inventory: Managing the end to end inventory at Warehouse and different millers.Vendor payments: Verifying and processing the vendor payments by coordinating with central team at BangaloreAging receivables: Sending the accurate customer aging to the Sales Coordinator & Business leads for timely collection of the payments from customers.Expenses accounting: Verifying and accounting the expenses related the business in ERP with respective approvals.Ensuring the SOP compliance for all the transactions.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Commerce or Master’s degree in Finance or commerce.Experience: 3 to 5 years in operations accounting / FMCG manufacturing industry.Language: Tamil, English & Kannada, Telugu added advantage.

Key Competencies:Technical Skills: Good in Excel, prior experience of using any ERP applications like ERP Next, Zoho books and Billnext.Process Knowledge: Understanding of P2P, O2C, Inventory controls.Communication: Strong cross-functional coordination and relationship-building skills.
