Main responsibilities

Technical missions

In relation with Laboratory in France, analyse job request and define analysis protocolSelect appropriate equipment and laboratory to perform analysisAchieve/Manage Sample preparation:

resin,

polishing : down to 3µm diamond, and colloidal silica solution

metallization, plasma deposition: Gold, Palladium, Carbon….

Reveal microstructure: Chemical delineation (Adler attack solution)

Pilot macroscopic inspection with the selected laboratory: Binocular analysis, Optical microscopy analysis, Scanning electron microscopy, Electron Dispersive Spectroscopy elemental chemical analysis.Analyse results of macroscopic and microscopic inspection: analyse quality of the images, react with laboratory if parameters are not corrects, to comment images and give orientationIdentify additional analysis necessary for deeper investigation when necessary: surface analysis 3D XRAY, CSAM, etc…..Provide metrics about activitiesIn future

interpret analysis results: figure out problems, propose failure mechanism scheme, etc….

Propose solutions to improve efficiency and reduce issuesDefine best practices and design rules, coming from analysis in order to improve efficiency and reduce the issues.

Should have knowledge on executing tasks in project management mode
